Clsid 8d8f4f83 2024 4f07 2024 Fc3c3cae4919. My pc was giving many dcom error 10016 involving cortana as follows: We are given a class id (clsid) and also an application id (appid) with the alphanumeric key name which is recorded in your windows registry.

These 10016 events are recorded when microsoft components tries to access dcom components without the required permissions. So, every other bootup, this is still friggin happening.
